Sockeye Salmon is the pride and joy of Kodiak Reserve Seafood and was our favorite fish to eat and favorite fish to catch on the boat. Also known as Red Salmon, it is well known for its brilliant red hue and vibrant, distinctive flavor. Sockeye Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, phosphorus and potassium, all while boasting 27 g of protein per 3.5 oz serving.
